What comes in the kit?
Each starter kit includes the selected One Step Gel Pen shade, a portable UV lamp, a nail file, and cuticle sticks, as shown in the product imagery. Bundle gifts are listed inside each offer.
How do I use NailPop?
Twist the pen until gel reaches the brush, apply a thin even layer, and cure it under the included UV lamp. Apply and cure a second thin layer for more colour intensity.
Can I mix shades in a bundle?
Yes. Every pen slot in the 3-pen and 5-pen bundles has its own shade selector, so you can repeat favourites or mix different colours.
How long does delivery take?
Tracked delivery normally takes 6–9 business days after dispatch. Remote locations, customs, weather, and peak periods may take longer.
Can I return my order?
We do not offer refunds or returns for a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with photos so we can assess a free replacement.
