Store use
You must use this website lawfully and provide accurate information. You may not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorised access, copy protected content for commercial use, or use the service to violate another person's rights.
Products and orders
Product colours can vary slightly because screens and lighting differ. We may correct errors, update descriptions, limit quantities, or decline and refund an order where stock, pricing, fraud, address, or payment issues make fulfilment impossible.
Prices and payment
Prices and currency are displayed before payment. Taxes, duties, and delivery charges, where applicable, are shown or handled according to the checkout and destination. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and fulfilment begins.
Shipping, refunds, and replacements
Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind. In rare cases where an order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can assess a replacement or other required remedy.
Intellectual property and liability
NailPop names, visuals, copy, and store content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or events outside our reasonable control. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
